FLAMES MEDITERRANEAN GRILL LLC, doing business as Flames Mediterranean Bar & Grill ("we," "us," or "our"), operates a guest text-messaging program to send reservation-related text alerts to guests who provide their mobile number. This privacy policy describes what personal information we collect through the SMS program, how we use it, who it is shared with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over your data. This policy applies to all text messages sent by or on behalf of Flames Mediterranean Bar & Grill through the Twilio messaging platform.

Information we collect

When you use our SMS program, we may collect the following personal information:

• Mobile phone number — collected when you provide it on the reservation form, by phone, or by texting our number.
• Name — collected from the reservation form, phone call, or matched from our customer records.
• Reservation details — party size, date, time, and location associated with your booking.
• Message content — the text of inbound messages you send us and outbound messages we send you, retained for service quality and support.

How we use your information

We use the information collected through the SMS program to:

• Send reservation confirmations and reminders.
• Send waitlist and "your table is ready" seat-ready notices.
• Provide AI-assisted replies to your booking, modification, cancellation, running-late, and party-size requests.
• Process and respond to your inbound text messages.
• Maintain records for service quality and support.

Legal basis for processing

We process your personal information based on your consent. You provide consent by checking the SMS consent box on the reservation form, providing affirmative consent over the phone, or initiating a text conversation with our number. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message (see "Your rights" below).

Third parties & data sharing

We share your personal information only as necessary to operate the SMS program:

• Twilio — our messaging provider, which transmits messages between the restaurant and your phone.
• Wireless carriers — deliver messages to your device.
• Our reservation system — stores and processes reservation and message data.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data retention

Message logs and reservation data are retained for business and operational records. Opt-out entries are retained until cleared by staff or upon your deletion request. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove your mobile number and associated message records from our system, except where retention is required for legal or operational purposes.

Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion — request deletion of your mobile number and associated data.
• Opt out — stop receiving automated text alerts at any time.

To opt out, reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any text from us. To re-subscribe, reply START. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact the restaurant by phone.

Children's privacy

Our SMS program is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect mobile numbers from children. If you believe a child has provided us their number, contact the restaurant and we will remove it.

Security

We take reasonable safeguards to protect your personal information. Messaging credentials are stored server-side and are not shared or exposed. Access to message data is restricted to authorized staff.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "Effective date" below reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the SMS program after a change means you accept the updated policy.
